The database already holds **52 texts and 360 sources** from the research corpus, closed on 25 July 2026. The first collection run happens automatically at 6 am or 6 pm; to trigger it right away:

### If you did not provide Légifrance credentials

That is not a blocker. The Légifrance collector disables itself and says so in the run report; the Sénat and the Constitutional Council take over, which is enough to track promulgations and constitutional decisions.

To add them later, edit `__INSTALL_DIR__/.env` and trigger a run. **Note**: a PISTE application exposes two pairs of values, and only the **OAuth** pair ("Client ID" / "Client secret") works. The API key is rejected by the token endpoint.
